Every business needs a way for visitors to get in touch, request a quote, or book an appointment. REG121 makes this simple — you describe the form you need, and it’s added to your site automatically. No coding, no third-party tools, and no submissions lost to a cluttered inbox.

Adding a Form to Your Site

1

Ask REG121 to add a form

Tell REG121 what kind of form you need — for example, “add a booking form to my Contact page” or “put a quote request form on the Services page.” REG121 will create it and place it in the right spot.
2

Customise the fields

Review the fields REG121 has suggested and ask for any changes. You might want to add a preferred date, a dropdown for service type, or a free-text message box. Just describe what you want in plain language.
3

Publish your changes

Once you’re happy with the form, publish your site. The form goes live immediately and is ready to accept submissions from visitors.
4

View submissions in your dashboard

Every time a visitor fills in and submits your form, their response is saved to your REG121 dashboard. Open the Forms section at any time to browse, search, and review all submissions.
Your data is stored in a real database — not just emailed to you. Every submission is saved permanently in your REG121 account, with a timestamp and every field the visitor filled in. You can access your submissions at any time, even if you change your email address or miss a notification.

Viewing Submissions in Your Dashboard

Your REG121 dashboard keeps a complete record of every form submission your site receives. Here’s what you’ll find:
  • A searchable table — browse all submissions at a glance, or search by name, date, or keyword to find a specific enquiry.
  • Timestamps — every submission shows the exact date and time it was received, so you always know when a customer reached out.
  • Full field details — click any row to see everything the visitor entered, from their contact details to any specific requests they included.
  • Multiple forms in one place — if your site has more than one form (for example, a contact form and a booking form), submissions from all of them are organised together in your dashboard.
Get into the habit of checking your dashboard regularly. Because submissions are saved to your database, you’ll never lose an enquiry even if an email notification ends up in your spam folder.

Form Types You Can Add

You can ask REG121 to add any of the following — or describe something specific to your business:
  • Contact form — for general enquiries, feedback, or customer messages
  • Booking form — let customers request an appointment or reserve a slot
  • Quote request form — collect the details you need to provide a price
  • Custom form — any combination of fields that suits your business
You’re not limited to these options. If you need something specific — such as a job application form or an event registration form — just describe it and REG121 will build it for you.
